TempWorks offers the DocCenter solution as yet another addition to the family of products dedicated to our Paperless Staffing Initiative. DocCenter lets you capture form data and signatures electronically, providing an innovative way to manage the vast number of forms (W-4s, I-9s, etc.) that require completion, signatures and storage. With DocCenter, data and signatures are captured electronically, rendering an effortless forms procedure for your staff and employees.

With DocCenter, your employee intake process just got a lot easier.
The form starts its course as an electronic document pre-populated with data collected directly from the TempWorks system or inputted through the WebCenter fx Applicant Portal. From here, an employee completes the remaining required informa- tion and stamps their approval with a signature via a Topaz Systems® signature pad or by using a TabletPC®.

Then sent to the Service Representative’s attention for final proofing, the document allows for any necessary modifications before prompting for an electronic signature to authorize the completion of the form. The document continues through the automation channel as it converts into a PDF file format and is saved directly to the employee’s record in the TempWorks system database.
