Meet The TempWorks Management Team
Gregg Dourgarian, Founder & Chairman
Gregg first wrote TempWorks in 1975 with his staffing pioneer father who founded Manpower’s technical division. In the 1980s, he built an airline software company whose product, Supertrace, helps airline systems from China to France run smoothly. Gregg earned an honors degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College in 1978.
David sold and installed Tempworks for clients during his teens, worked his way up to president in 2008 and launched the company’s payroll funding division which helped double the company’s size in four years. By attracting key executives from competitors and nurturing an internally built team, he continues to fuel the company’s growth with payroll processing services, time clocks, onboarding software and a passion for helping his clients win.
With dual degrees in math and accounting, Mari streamlined our tax and payroll processes before leading the highly successfully conversion of a public bank’s payroll funding arm from Oracle to TempWorks. As COO, her superb organizational and communication skills help keep our development, implementation and sales teams execute at peak performance.
An Internet security consultant to the financial industry and master software developer, Paul transformed TempWorks offerings into an award-winning WPF suite. Before coming to TempWorks, Paul led the MIS department of a large staffing company where he developed a first-generation suite of web-based staffing software solutions.
Maria attended school in Portugal and France before starting with Tempworks on the support desk. She developed the company’s second generation of payroll funding modules and today leads the rapidly growing payroll funding and processing teams. She stretches out her workday as a certified yoga instructor.
With the well-earned nickname the “Revenue Machine,” Casey has become a key connector at TempWorks and throughout the staffing community. He crafts remarkable marketing and growth solutions for staffing companies and delivers process-oriented leadership to TempWorks.
Melanie joined TempWorks in 2001 as an office manager and has since been promoted through nearly every human resources, finance, and technical support role that TempWorks offers. As Vice President of Client Services she manages a large staff of technical support specialists and serves as a first responder for urgent client needs.
Susan’s staffing industry career includes 15 years at a global software firm where she oversaw implementation, sales, and support. She worked four years for a national staffing firm and three years as HR manager for a contract security company. She was actively involved in several hundred successful software implementations before joining TempWorks in 2012. Her operational expertise and ability to see a challenge from all sides makes her the ideal person to head up our Account Management, Training and Report Writing teams.
Following a four year stint in recruiting and account management for a national staffing firm, Elizabeth joined TempWorks as a trainer in 2010. She eventually led that department where she regularly assisted the sales team with their presentations. She moved to sales in 2014 where she thrives on helping staffing companies flourish.
Claudette has guided hundreds of staffing companies through successful software implementations during a career that began as a Manpower branch manager and led to senior roles at innovative staffing software firms before joining TempWorks in 2012. She also happens to be an accomplished orchestral pianist.
Taylor‘s abilities to help clients and internal teams through complex projects allows her to command authority naturally. She excels at setting, observing and re-evaluating project priorities, skills she honed as a project manager at a large Fortune 500 company before coming to Tempworks.
Bracy (he goes by his last name, ‘Bracy’) leads our pack of road warriors as they help clients through with data conversions, parallel testing and go-live weeks. He’s an avid soccer player and he brings those team player skills to his relationships with clients and fellow workers alike.
