Gregg Dourgarian, Chief Executive Officer
Gregg wrote the first version of TempWorks as a teenager in 1975
with his staffing pioneer father who founded Manpower's technical
and payrolling operations. Gregg has also built an airline software
company whose product, Supertrace, helps keep airline reservation
systems running smoothly worldwide. Gregg holds an honors degree in
Economics from Claremont McKenna College.

David Dourgarian, President
David began programming early in life and has lived in Portugal,
France, Jordan and Armenia. He helped his father start TempWorks as
a teenager and recruited many of the sales and software
professionals at the company. As president, David leads sales
and implementations, speaks at industry conferences, and develops
new markets like Payroll Funding, Employer-of-Record and Payroll
Processing services.

Mark Baratto, Executive Vice President
Mark has held executive positions in staffing, management
consulting and software organizations, as well as managing his own
negotiations consulting company. A University of Minnesota honors
graduate, Mark's expertise encompasses sales, marketing,
negotiations, executive leadership and operations. Mark has been
involved with TempWorks since 1998, when he handled a consulting
assignment to negotiate sales proposals and client contracts. His
problem-solving ability is off the chart, and he brings strong
leadership and effective management coaching to the TempWorks
organization.

Paul Czywczynski, Chief Technology Officer
A noted internet security consultant to the financial industry and
a software developer par excellence, Paul has transformed TempWorks
from client server to a .Net offering with modules from core
staffing to vendor management and customer portals. Prior to
TempWorks, Paul headed up the MIS department of a large staffing
company where he developed a first generation suite of internet
based staffing software solutions. Paul holds a degree in
Electronic Engineering from the Oregon Institute of
Technology.

Cory Hintz, Executive Vice President
Cory joined TempWorks in 1998 from Paychex and helped architect
the evolution of TempWorks into a highly scalable, multi-country
payroll engine for Manpower and Olsten's largest independent
operations. Cory then managed many successful large-scale
conversions from IBM and PeopleSoft to TempWorks. Today, Cory is
the top-level account manager for all TempWorks customers,
responsible for maintaining user satisfaction as well as
introducing new products and database upgrades to TempWorks users.
Cory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business
from Saint John's University and a Masters in Information
Technology from Capella University. His patient nature and
organizational skills help make him a passionate leader who
consistently delivers client success.

Kevin Prow, Director of Operations
Kevin joined TempWorks in 2004 as a web interfaces developer. He
was responsible for important elements of the WebCenter and
DocCenter applications, and is the primary developer of the
TempWorks TimeClock and TwOutlook applications. A reserve military
police officer and Iraq War veteran, Kevin returned from deployment
in 2006 to lead TempWorks' funding and processing division. Kevin's
meticulous and detail oriented nature help ensure that the needs of
TempWorks funding and processing clients are served in an accurate
and expedient manner.
