Gregg Dourgarian, Chief Executive Officer
Gregg wrote the first version of TempWorks as a teenager
in 1975 with his staffing pioneer father who founded Manpower's
technical and payrolling operations. Gregg has also built an
airline software company whose product, Supertrace, helps keep
airline reservation systems running smoothly worldwide. Gregg holds
an honors degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.

David Dourgarian, President
David began programming early in life and has lived in Portugal,
France, Jordan and Armenia. He helped his father start TempWorks as
a teenager and recruited many of the sales and software
professionals at the company. As president, David leads sales and
implementations, speaks at industry conferences, and develops new
markets like Payroll Funding, Employer-of-Record and Payroll
Processing services.

Paul Czywczynski, Chief Technology Officer
An internet security consultant to the financial industry and a
software developer par excellence, Paul transformed TempWorks
offerings into an award winning WPF suite. Prior to TempWorks, Paul
headed up the MIS department of a large staffing company where he
developed a first generation suite of internet based staffing
software solutions. Paul holds a degree in Electronic Engineering
from the Oregon Institute of Technology.

Mark Baratto, Executive Vice President
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Minnesota
and Minnesota native, Mark began his career with Merck and
later helped American Protective Services grow from a $35 million
regional company to a national firm with 42 branch offices and
revenues of $300 million. Mark became involved with TempWorks in
1998 through a consulting assignment and has worked for the company
in various capacities ever since.

Melanie Kramer, Director of Customer Support
Melanie Kramer joined TempWorks in 2001 as an Office Manager and
has since been promoted through nearly every human resources,
finance, and technical support role that TempWorks had to
offer. Melanie currently serves as the Director of Customer
Support, which entails management of a large staff of technical
support specialists, as well as being the first line of defense for
strategic accounts that have urgent and complex software
needs. Melanie has been instrumental to the growth of
TempWorks since her arrival, and is available day or night to help
any new staff member with questions about the application or a
client relationship.
Jathan Moline, Director of Implementation and Consulting
Services
Beginning his career with TempWorks in 2005 as a Support Center
Specialist his talent and great customer relations skills quickly
moved Jathan into multiple roles. Currently, Jathan is the
Director of Implementation and consulting services. He is is
responsible for applying TempWorks technology solutions and the
resources to implement them, to a diverse clientele. He also
manages a staff of technology professionals and works closely with
our new customers. His responsibilities include management
oversight for application upgrades, new client software
installations, and data conversion from existing applications
to TempWorks.A foundation for his skills, Jathan completed his
education at the Minnesota School of Business, where he achieved an
AAS Software Development degree.
