Here's how it works: Our Junior System analysts help drive Tempworks' implementation and upgrade projects and initiatives from concept to completion, keeping them on track, on time, and on budget. 

Sound too good to be true?  Here's what else our amazing Junior System Analysts do each and every day:

  • "Kick off" new implementations with clients!
  • Scope visits with Senior Systems Analysts to client sites!
  • Provide weekly status reports to clients on their projects!
  • Onsite visits during cutover/live week!
  • Preparing, reviewing and correcting implementation plans and statements of work!
  • Performing customer upgrades and implementations!
  • Developing and modifying products as required!
  • Providing second level, ongoing support to customers and mentoring support center personnel!

Supplies Are Limited

Supplies are limited; you must be 18 or older to call.  Here are some other skills you will need; sorry, no COD:

  • 1+ years of experience in a support center role, including experience dealing directly with clients
  • Ability to learn Tempworks products and services in order to explain the different solutions we offer and their functionality
  • Knowledge of MS Access, including form design, advanced queries and reports
  • Experience with SQL Enterprise Manager and SQL Data Analyzer, including knowledge of stored procedures and triggers
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to travel for customer or company engagements
  • Knowledge of staffing/recruitment industry audience and operations
  • Strong coordination, time management and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to self-manage
