enthusiasm and energy to the fast-paced, occasionally three-ring
circus atmosphere of our busy software company.
As a Support Center Representative, you'll fly through the air
between solving clients' problems to documenting your solutions in
our knowledge database to ensuring the quality of our products and
services. It's those kinds of acrobatic skills that will earn
you a standing ovation here. And with this trapeze act,
you'll be the star in the spotlight for customers and staff
alike.
Here are the kinds of tasks you'd be performing with the
greatest of ease
- Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Utilizing our in-house, web based software to track and resolve
problems and requests
- Communicating with all levels of the organization and our
clients, utilizing your outstanding written and verbal abilities to
simplify and clarify technical issues so that they're easy to
understand and resolve
- Retaining and absorbing information while learning new
technologies as they become available
- Using your super powers to troubleshoot and analyze incoming
calls for a variety of products and services related to both
enterprise and hosted software solutions
- Performing triage, working on the front lines to analyze and
test for potential software problems
- Adding, removing and maintaining user accounts in active
directory
- Helping the team by joining the rotation of experts on call
during non-business hours
- Using your experience to provide answers to frequently asked
questions for Tempworks' online support and internal knowledge
databases and assisting with the development of these tools
- Testing our databases for quality and data integrity
- Learning and understanding all aspects of Tempworks products
and services
- Reporting all billable hours and expenses while coordinating
travel for onsite engagements
Some other crowd-pleasing qualities we're looking for
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems/Management, Business or a related field of
study
- Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role with strong
business acumen
- Versatility, flexibility and ability to work with constantly
changing priorities
