How much does Freemium cost?

Freemium, as its name suggests, is free. Some customers add a paid support option or upgrade to a more complete TempWorks payroll, funding, or paperless employment agreement. To do this, call TempWorks.

Why would you offer it for free?

We know that many small recruitment and HR groups start out with little or no budget, yet want a system that will help them grow. Freemium clients frequently migrate to TempWorks for services such as enterprise software, payroll processing, payroll funding, or paid support plans.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You may stop using Freemium at any time.

How many users does Freemium permit?

Freemium allows one user.

Do you share my data with anyone?

No, we do not share your data with anyone.

Where do you store my data?

We store your data in our data centers. Because Freemium is web based, you can access that data from anywhere on the Internet.  Please see our disaster recovery and business continuity pages for more information.

What kind of training do you provide?

We offer a complete set of training videos and user manuals. We also offer custom training as part of paid service agreements.

What are Freemium's hardware requirements? Can I use it on my Macintosh or iphone?

Freemium requires a PC (XP, Vista, Windows 7) running 1 gig of RAM. Freemium is not available for Macintosh. Freemium installation may prompt you to install a Microsoft.net download.
