How does it work?

Tempworks makes it easy to switch from ADP or in-house payroll.  We have successfully converted hundreds of businesses to our system, and all we need to get started is your tax information and year-to-date balances.  You can convert at any time of the year, and we make it so you only need to provide one W2 per employee at year-end.

What kind of training do you provide?

We provide both online training in the form of webinars and a full library of video clips, but often we train onsite for the client or the client comes to our offices.  Although most users adapt to the system very quickly, the onsite training can be very helpful during a larger conversion.  We provide 7x24 phone support for your ongoing support needs.

Do you offer Direct Deposit?  Emailed Direct Deposit Notification?

Yes, and many of our clients use our paperless payroll processes.  No direct mailing of paychecks or direct deposit notification is necessary.

How many earnings and deductions can we have with your system?

There are no limits on paycodes or deduction types..

What kinds of reports do you provide?

We offer many reports from check registers to GL feeds.  All reports can be run for specific divisions or nodes in your database.  You can run the reports at any time.

How do I access the system?

We provide you with a Microsoft certified application that allows you to access your system from anywhere on the internet.

How do you handle mistakes like incorrect pay rate or paying the wrong person?

Almost all corrections can be quickly made using our check void process.

Can we get checks the same day?  Do you support paycards?

You can get same day checks by printing the checks at your location.  Alternatively, you can use our direct deposit or pay-card solutions.

How long have you been in business?

Tempworks incorporated in 1997.  We've been doing payroll services since the 1970s.

How secure is your system?

Tempworks operates fully redundant systems including a hot-site for business continuity.  We have never missed a payroll and fully bonded and insured.
