TempWorks DocCenter paperless document management system captures form data and signatures electronically. W-4's, I-9's and other forms that require data entry, signatures and storage are automatically completed and stored on secure servers. Forms procedures require little effort on the part of your staff, clients or employees. Automate your employee intake process

The electronic form starts its course as an electronic document pre-populated with data collected directly from TempWorks staffing software and/or inputted through the WebCenter applicant portal. The employee completes all remaining required information on the document before a service representative is able to approve it. Once the employee is finished finalizing the form, a service representative then performs a final proof, verifying that all the document information is accurate before authorizing it. The authorization consists of a signature via a Topaz Systems® signature pad or by using a TabletPC®.

Once both, the employee and service representative sign the document, it then converts into a PDF file and saved directly to the employee's record in the TempWorks system database.
