Direct Hire Fee Schedule
As your recruitment company grows and the number and nature of
your fees grow with it, it becomes harder but no less important to
invoice your clients accurately. Accurate invoicing
helps make sure you collect your fees quickly and reduces the
stress and paperwork between your direct hire sales staff and back
office specialists.
Tempworks automates the invoicing of direct hire placement fees
with the direct hire fee schedule. Front-office sales or
recruitment professionals can set up the fee schedule as shown in
this example of a $12,500 fee that is split up into two separate
payment that are to be invoiced roughly one month after the
employee's start date.

The user interface gives clues that make sure the fee schedule
is set up accurately and that the front-office users have done
their arithmetic correctly. For example, it auto-fills the
fee field with the amount of fee remaining to pay.

A convenient calendar pop-up makes it easy to set the date:

The back office receives the fee schedule on an automated
queueing process for each week that a fee is due to be
billed. The invoicing specialist reviews fees that are due
for the week and schedules them for processing.
Invoices can be mailed via snail make or emailed.
