Do you ever feel like Sherlock Holmes?

OK, so you probably don't go around with a meerschaum pipe or hunting cap. But as a System Analyst at TempWorks, you'll need to use your inquisitiveness, technical expertise and deductive reasoning to crack our most important case: The Mystery of the Seamless Implementation.

Like any brilliant detective, you'll be digging for clues, developing and testing hypotheses, and create solutions that will hold up under intense scrutiny. Because you'll be the eyes and ears in the field, you'll be communicating directly with clients, presenting your findings to your very own Scotland Yard: TempWorks' elite team of developers, engineers and architects.

Of course, because your reputation far precedes you, you'll be directing the work of our other system analysts, showing them how to track down the killer (app) and ensuring justice is served by exceeding client expectations.

Hot on the Trail?

Hot on the trail? As a Senior System Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Launching your investigations by participating in "kick off calls" with clients to discover their M.O.
• Going into the field with the Junior System Analyst and System Analyst on scope visits to client sites; returning to the scene during cutover/live week
• Developing products and making modifications as necessary
• Actively following up with clients during their implementation/upgrades
• Reviewing implementation plans and statements of work
• Organizing assigned tasks and creating project deadlines and deliverables
• Investigating client problems and issues, providing ongoing support and maintaining client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Performing Administrator Training
• Mentoring junior system analysts and systems analysts, helping with conversions, configuration, or any related issues
• Assigning work and meeting regularly with system analysts to ensure project continuity and timelines
• Showcasing your thorough knowledge of TempWorks solutions to help explain our products and their functionality

What It Takes

Let us clue you in to what it takes to become a person of interest:

• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis or similar function
• Expertise in the Microsoft platform and toolkits including form design, advanced queries and reports
• Experience with SQL Enterprise Manager and SQL Query Analyzer, including understanding stored procedures and triggers
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated skills in project management, including oversight of multiple projects, and time management, including the ability to prioritize work and meet key deliverables
• Open to domestic travel for customer and company engagements as needed (up to 25%)
• Thorough knowledge of the staffing industry, its competitive landscape and industry best practices
