Meet the TempWorks Management Team
Gregg Dourgarian, Chief Executive Officer
Gregg wrote the first TempWorks software as a teenager in 1975 with his staffing pioneer father who founded Manpower's technical and payroll operations.
Gregg also built an airline software company. Its product, Supertrace, helps keep airline reservation systems running smoothly worldwide.
Gregg holds an honors degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College.

David Dourgarian, President
Already a seasoned developer in his early teens, David worked his way up from road warrior and implementer to single-handedly build the fast growing payroll funding division.
David attended the University of Minnesota and the University of California, Berkeley, and currently resides in Eden Prairie, MN, with wife, Laura.
Paul Czywczynski, Chief Technology Officer
An internet security consultant to the financial industry and a software developer par excellence, Paul transformed TempWorks offerings into an award-winning WPF suite.
Before coming to TempWorks, Paul headed up the MIS department of a large staffing company where he developed a first-generation suite of Internet-based staffing software solutions.
Paul holds a degree in electronic engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
Melanie Kramer, Vice President of Client Services
Melanie Kramer joined TempWorks in 2001 as an office manager and has since been promoted through nearly every human resources, finance, and technical support role that TempWorks offers.
As director of customer support she manages a large staff of technical support specialists and serves as a first responder for urgent client needs.
Mari Kautzman, Director of Implementation and Consulting Services
Mari hails from Mandan, North Dakota, and with her dual degrees in mathematics and accounting she advanced quickly within Tempworks from tax specialist to Director of Implementation and Consulting Services.
Her superb organizational and communication skills came in especially handy when she led a highly successful conversion of a public bank's payroll funding arm from Oracle to TempWorks.
Maria Dourgarian, Controller/Financial Software Developer
How do you describe a person like Maria? How do you hold a moonbeam in your hand?
Maria got her start in computers on her father's knee while Mom was in medical school, and today she develops financial software while overseeing the accounting staff at TempWorks funding and payroll processing divisions.
Casey Kraus, Vice President of Sales
In a few short years Casey "Revenue Machine" Kraus has become a key connector at TempWorks and throughout the staffing community.
With his MBA from Hamline University, Casey crafts remarkable marketing and growth solutions for staffing companies and brings strong process-oriented leadership to TempWorks.
Rich Petersen, Regional Vice President of Sales
Working from a home office in his native Atlanta where he raises a family and coaches lacrosse, Rich brings a diverse staffing industry background to TempWorks.
A patient and steady producer, Rich guides staffing companies large and small to the payroll funding and software solutions that fit them best.
Jack Terrana, Regional Vice President of Sales
As a kid Jack tracked down Long Island's famed Red Tail Hawks, a hobby that nurtured sales skills that led him to the top of the hotly competitive staffing market of NYC before landing key sales executive positions with payroll funding innovators in the 1990s.
Jack joined TempWorks in 2007 and now leads our Venture division which provides payroll funding, web marketing, back office processing and TempWorks Enterprise and iPad software.
Claudette Jaswa, Regional Vice President of Sales
It's all allegro con spirito for Claudette, an accomplished orchestral pianist in the style of Brooklyn Tabernacle, who raises prized Dachshunds (aka Wiener Dogs) in suburban Atlanta.
Claudette has guided hundreds of staffing companies through successful software implementations in a career spanning several decades that began as a Manpower branch manager and sales leader at Kelly and led to senior roles at innovative staffing software firms before joining TempWorks in 2012.
