New in Beyond
Admin Interest Code Management
Your administrators can now manage interest codes directly in Beyond.
Approved Payroll Errors Report
Easily see which payroll errors were approved with this new report.
Improved Search
You can now search for Electronic W-2 Enrollments in Beyond.
Employee advance search now also includes Check Date and Note fields.
Email Enhancements
You can now use a customized “Sender Name” for Mandrill and SMTP.
ADP
Maximize your WOTC program through automated payroll file submissions.
HRCenter
HRCenter enhancements are in the works, which will improve the user experience for candidates and employees. These include:
- A redesign of the Registration page.
- A better experience for selecting dates and performing numeric data entry.
- The ability to view or hide password.
- The ability to reject individual pages.
Beyond
TempWorks is continuing to build out payroll proofing. With this new capability, you and your staff will be able to identify issues prior to processing payroll and invoicing—right from within Beyond.
Bridge
We are adding the ability to control access to Enterprise from Bridge, which allows you to control migrating your users to Beyond.
Customer Portal
TempWorks is continuing to design the new Customer Portal, which will eventually replace the customer area of WebCenter. This new Customer Portal will enable users to view and approve timecards, browse talent, hire talent, and view invoices.

Kitrell Paycard
TempWorks is working on automating batch files for Kittrell Paycards.

This integration will allow you to create and edit rapid! Paycards as well as instantly fund them—all from within Beyond.
