The Test: Services for a total solution

TempWorks went to work on finding solutions for JTL by offering mobile staffing software for round-the-clock, real-time access to updated client information, easy access of client and employee information through WebCenter, as well as comfortable navigation and application through HRCenter, and mobile tax credit screening for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. These solutions permitted JTL to simplify their processes and procedures. James said, “[TempWorks Software] allows us more time to focus on our business. The decision was not based on price. The TempWorks Effect
Workers’ comp insurance rates for JTL dropped 12.28% since 2014—its first full year with TempWorks Software—and 8.3% in 2016 alone! TempWorks Software gave JTL centralized communication for its sites, which ensured effective management of workers’ compensation. Reporting improved with a better, easier format for making notes and logging detail, and up-to-date information for each case. A workers’ comp representative commended JTL for leading the staffing industry in manufacturing, a credit James Lowell attributed to the time he was able to focus on implementing new safety programs and to TempWorks Software, “Thank you, again, TempWorks for helping me learn, and be better in my role.”
JTL got a one-vendor relationship, and more time to focus on helping their clients. While it’s a little more difficult in the short-term, consolidation offers relief and a greater sense of confidence as a long-term benefit.
