We are pleased to announce the newest addition to our Bridge customer portal: The TempWorks Community Hub—a new way for TempWorks clients to network with one another, and our staff!
Based on feedback provided to us at our annual customer conference, “The Works,” the new Community Hub allows users to facilitate open communication regarding product enhancements, software utilization, and operational process improvements. The Community Hub gives TempWorks clients a whole new level of collaboration with their peers in the industry.
Contained in forums that make up the Community Hub is a—client requested—feature voting system. Our clients are our most important stakeholders, and we value their input. This new system gives them the ability to contribute their voice to the development team by suggesting new products, services, and features that promote continued success. Every participant in the community can vote on which items mean the most to their company!
As a bonus, the more a client participates the more votes they earn, quickly moving the most voted-for features to the top of our list! Building this kind of community conversation is separate from our support team, the feedback from it will be used by our product committee in prioritizing our development team to focus on new products and services that matter most to our clients!
