Employee Profile 

Added Job Order ID as a column on the Assignments page on the Employee profile.

  • Update made to support requirements of the Illinois Day and Temporary Labor Services Act.

HRCenter

Beyond users with necessary security access now have the ability to reject a single HRC page that is part of a workflow.

Modernized HRCenter components to enhance user-friendliness:

  • Ability to mask/unmask password
  • Improved Scroll Wheel Picker
  • Improved Datepicker
  • Streamlined numeric entry

Bridge

Added the ability to control access to Enterprise from Bridge.

Integrations

Essential Staff Care (ESC) 

Improved the benefit enrollment experience for new employees using ESC’s mobile-friendly Embedded Onboarding Enrollment (EOE).

Kitrell Paycard 

Automated batch files for Kittrell Paycards.

Beyond

TempWorks is continuing to build out payroll proofing. With this new capability, you and your staff will be able to identify issues prior to processing payroll and invoicing—right from within Beyond. 

WOTC and DNA charms will be added to Beyond.

 

Integrations

rapid! Paycard 

This integration will allow you to create and edit rapid! Paycards as well as instantly fund them—all from within Beyond.

HRCenter

A redesign of the HRCenter Registration page will streamline the ability for users to create an account or sign into an existing account.

WebCenter

TempWorks is continuing to design the new Customer Portal, which will eventually replace the customer area of WebCenter. This new Customer Portal will enable users to view and approve timecards, browse talent, hire talent, and view invoices. 

The 1095 and 1099 tax forms will be added to WebCenter, allowing for electronic viewing and completion.
