New in Beyond, TempWorks Resume Matching helps your recruiters find the perfect candidates for a job—and the perfect job for a candidate. Our AI matching saves your recruiters time by utilizing employee resumes and job order information to find matches in your system. 

Resume Sourcing for Hosted Clients* 

Looking for the perfect candidate? Using Resume Sourcing in Beyond, your recruiters can scan public profiles or external job boards (including CareerBuilder, Monster, and Nexxt), finding the candidates you need quickly and efficiently.

Interview Questionnaires 

Recruiters often use the same pool of questions when interviewing candidates. Now, using Interview Questionnaires in Beyond, you can arm your recruiters with the right questions, allowing them to gather the information they need to determine the best candidate for the job. 

 

Bulk Upload Resumes 

Save time by quickly uploading multiple resumes to create employee records. 

Missing & Required Documents 

Which documents are required when onboarding an employee? Whose documents are expiring soon? Your staff can track this and more using the new Missing & Required Documents feature in Beyond.

Security Group Conversion  

TempWorks is building out internal tools for Support, helping you painlessly transition to Beyond by converting many security groups from Enterprise to Beyond. Contact your Account Manager for more information. 

Form Security 

Using this feature, you can control who can access specific forms in Beyond. 

Duplicate checking when parsing resumes 

Parsing resumes will help keep your data up-to-date while preventing future cleanup work. 

Sense Engage 

We’re expanding the Sense Engage integration to better support journeys. Soon, you’ll find additional data entities, improved data mappings, and additional support for custom data-mapping.

During Quarter 4, we will be working on Resume Matching and Resume Sourcing for self-hosted clients.

Year End

We are making updates and improvements to save you time and improve your year-end processes, including: 

  • improving the accuracy of PA tax reporting; 
  • verifying the accuracy of W-2 data; and 
  • updating 1095 and 1099 configurations, validations, and reports.
