It’s easy to say that you have world class customer service, but when it comes down to it, your actions speak louder than your words. It started with a call from Ken Nielsen the owner of Staff Management Group in New Brunswick, NJ on a Saturday afternoon. Ken was requesting emergency help with a data conversion, data entry and training project. The requirement was it needed to happen on Monday. The TempWorks management team lit up the phones reaching out to their team members and by Saturday night a plan was in place and by Monday afternoon four TempWorks employees were on an airplane headed to New Jersey.

The inability to execute quickly would have been costly to Ken and his company and as far as we were concerned failure was not an option. Our Implementation team quickly converted the data on Monday and the four road warriors; Todd Glander, Amanda LeBrun, Joe Opsahl and Lindsey Schneider spent the week traveling to branch offices assisting wherever and however they could. The result? A very grateful and happy client.
