Cavanagh’s vision—as well as his robust background in strategic leadership and market analysis—has had a profound impact on TempWorks. Cavanagh first joined the TempWorks team as a senior sales manager in 2019, bringing with him 12 years of staffing industry experience.

Before TempWorks, Cavanagh worked for an established multi-national staffing company. His previous experience in recruitment, sales, and regional operations leadership has armed him with unique insight into the needs of our clients. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for TempWorks, working to cultivate partnerships, enhance customer experience, and drive product innovation. He is also a board member for the Texas Association of Staffing.
