At TempWorks, we understand the importance of recognizing our employees for doing an outstanding job. Since the beginning of 2016, the TempWorks Support team has used the Recognize application as a fun way to recognize employees for providing excellent support services or helping out another co-worker on a case. Adopted by our Support team but spreading to other teams as well, Recognize is an easy way to give kudos to employees. Employees earn points for going above and beyond their typical job responsibilities and can then redeem those points to earn a pizza party for the department, leave an hour early without taking PTO, or even receive a coveted pack of ramen noodles.

In the Recognize platform, a positive customer survey or even a note of thanks from a new employee to a more seasoned employee gives team members a way to earn points and provides a public forum for a job well done. Previously, positive client surveys would only be seen by the team member and his/her manager, but now it can be posted on Recognize so everyone can see when a co-worker did an awesome job on a case. Recognize even has automated rewards for birthdays and work anniversary dates.
