TempWorks Software received one of the Star Tribune Top Work Places National Standard Awards. This award is extra special because it is based on employee surveys. We work hard at TempWorks to create a fun, challenging, fulfilling work environment for our employees. Our goal is not only to provide a place of employment for our staff, but also a place they look forward to coming to each day.
An added benefit of being nominated and receiving this award, is we were able to review suggestions from employees on how to make TempWorks an even better place to come to work; we are happy to say we have already begun to implement some of these employee suggestions.
