The Inc. 5000 list also measures other signs of growth, including revenue and jobs added. In 2015, TempWorks offered start-up funding to more than 35 new staffing companies through its Funding it Forward initiative. It also announced new service for 1095 form printing and 1094 electronic filing, an initiative which helped 180 companies ensure their procedures were compliant with the Affordable Care Act. The company hit its greatest success with its “quality over quantity” business initiative. It required TempWorks to be more exclusive when accepting new customers, and lead to higher growth rates and the lowest employee turnover rate to date.
