We’re proud to announce that TempWorks won two awards at the 2016 Stevie Awards for Great Employers. Our company was recognized with two Bronze Stevie Awards for “People-Focused CEO of the Year” and “Talent Acquisitions & Retention Solutions Provider of the Year.” We are even more excited that David Dourgarian, CEO of TempWorks Staffing Software and a winner for People-Focused CEO of the Year, was recognized as the helmsman of TempWorks’s award-winning “Quality over Quantity” initiative, and plays an integral role in the implementation and maintenance of each new initiative.

Working in the staffing and software industries involves a lot of specialized training, relevant qualifications, real world experience, and enough industry respect to provide time saving—life-saving— services to others. If we do our job really well, the industry benefits as much as we do. David says he wants his employees to go home to their families and say, “I have the best job in the world.” It is a value we work hard to achieve. More than 250 nominations from organizations around the world were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 50 professionals worldwide, acting as judges. The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognizes the world’s best employers, their human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.
