On October 26-28, TempWorks clients and staff came together for the 9th year to celebrate The Works, our annual client conference offering training sessions, professional development opportunities, and updates about new product features and trends in the staffing industry.

Held virtually, this year’s event was themed “No Tricks, All Treats.” Attendees brought their best costume game and competed to see who would win our Halloween-themed contests.

Our Mobile App for Employee Engagement

In our What’s the Buzz session, clients enjoyed a live demo of our mobile employee engagement app. Buzz helps improve employee engagement, offering in-app job offers, job push notifications, and live chat features. It also uses geofencing and facial recognition technology for time-punching.

TempWorks also offers hundreds of reports that are ready to launch out-of-the-box. In the Reports Realm session, TempWorks staff shared their favorite reports, giving clients tips and tricks for best reporting processes.

In Integrations Galore, clients toured TempWorks integrations, learning how our partnerships help recruit, engage, and retain employees. Our integrations offer:

Recruitment Strategies

Speaking of recruiting: In the Recruiting Streamlined session, we shared strategies for streamlining recruitment efforts. Clients learned how to get more candidates on the job faster with mass resume uploading and resume/job/candidate matching. We also shared advice for managing data and using Beyond to improve your efficiency.

Clients also gained tips for how to take advantage of remote recruiting and mobile friendly tools such as WebCenter and HRCenter.
