The open house at the TempWorks office in Eagan, MN has historically been an attendee favorite, and this year was no exception. For a few hours, customers had the opportunity to tour the office and reconnect with some favorite TempWorks staff members as well as put faces to new names. Customers also had the chance to attend additional training sessions; it was standing room only in the conference room as the new form builder for our HR Center onboarding tool was revealed.
During the evenings, our customers (who hailed from all over the country) were rewarded for their undivided attention with several social events. These casual gatherings made it easy to network with other TempWorks customers as well as the TempWorks management team. To kick off the conference, we held a cocktail reception on the rooftop of Seven Sushi and Steakhouse on a beautiful (read: not too hot) Minnesota summer evening. On the second night, TempWorks staff accompanied attendees to some of our favorite local restaurants, providing small group settings which were ideal for more niche discussions. On the final evening of “The Works,” as a thank you to our customers, we hosted a Caribbean-themed dinner and live band, which was a fun way to cap off an amazing week. The TempWorks staff even surprised our guests with a flashmob dance. (What we lacked in talent we made up for in enthusiasm).
As we reflect on the week, we are grateful to have customers who are engaged in their partnership with us, and we are already looking forward to next year.
