SEEK Careers/Staffing, based out of Grafton, Wisconsin, is an award winning, woman-owned, and privately-held staffing company with almost 125 employees. It places 1000’s in jobs every month! They specialize in employment placement for direct-hire, temporary-to-hire, and contract opportunities in manufacturing, light industrial, skilled trades, administrative, and a host of other positions.

SEEK offers 45 years of experience to the staffing industry with 15 locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. They signed on with TempWorks Software in December of 2012 after needing to update technology to keep competitive in the industry. Their goal was to streamline the way they do business—to simplify reporting methods, provide self-service portals for their clients and employees, and initiate a paperless application and onboarding system.

The TempWorks suite offered them everything they were looking for. VP of Operations, Sara Luchsinger, CSP was most impressed by the TempWorks team member sent to assist through the implementation, and create quick solutions for a smooth transition. Together, we found ways of doing business—specific to SEEK Careers/Staffing—that made life easier for their clients and themselves. With an up-to-date, and accessible web portal, they gave customers a quick and easy way to check an order status, view job candidate profiles, review invoices, and account summaries.

TempWorks software helped them develop time-saving solutions with a more streamlined system. Sara said they had “a complicated activity report that took each branch roughly an hour of time to create each week. TempWorks was able to create a report we run each week and have data in less than 30 seconds.” With the help of TempWorks’s HRCenter software, they were able to quickly and accurately audit and track references and background checks. Service improved for all branches.
