On October 3rd, TempWorks made our enhanced Employee Portal of WebCenter available to our clients. This launch comes on the heels of our rollout of the new Customer Portal earlier this spring, and offers newfound levels of usability and convenience to our clients and their employees.
These upgrades to WebCenter are part of our broader product roadmap, with planned enhancements across our portfolio to make TempWorks software more intuitive, modern, and mobile-ready. And, as always, backed by our best-in-class service.
What’s Changing With WebCenter?
Much like the enhanced Customer Portal, the changes to the Employee Portal focus on three key areas:
- A modern, redesigned UX
- Accessibility on any device (totally mobile-friendly)
- Streamlined processes so employees can perform core tasks in fewer steps
WebCenter has long been a highly functional and customizable tool in need of some cosmetic upgrades. These enhancements bring WebCenter’s look into the present while enhancing its functionality and utility for workers, meeting them where they are.
