Whether you learn best by seeing, hearing, or by demonstration, our training team has you covered with their plan to roll out 36 new training videos during the months of February and March.

In the past, our trainers scheduled monthly webinars that were available to customers who registered in advance. This year, we’ve decided to build a highly accessible library that will be available 24/7 with no registration required. We’ll be recording these videos and publishing them on our brand new, highly-organized Knowledge Base site. If you can’t remember how to manage interest codes or merge employee records, you’ll have a (virtual) trainer by your side to guide you through the steps.

Why are we going this new route?

“Our customers didn’t just buy a product. They’ve made an investment. And we want them to get the most out of their investment with TempWorks,” says Susan Wurst, vice president of account management. “There’s no reason the training should stop when the trainer goes home or when the webinar ends.”

Each 30-minute tutorial will cover a specific topic, ranging from how to do bi-weekly payroll to creating your own HRCenter forms. Just browse the functions on the left-hand menu and click on the ones you’re unfamiliar with. Even if you think you know Enterprise or WebCenter inside and out, there are tons of tips and tricks that you may have forgotten about or overlooked the first time. The time-saving potential is huge.

If you know our trainers—Dalyce, Shawna, and Lindsey—you know they’re experts at approaching topics from a user standpoint. That’s because they’ve all worked in the staffing industry before. They want to empower you to take advantage of all the relevant tools in your toolbox, because making the most of your software means making the most of your business.
